Very good interview. You mentioned the organizational changes in “phase-2” that EMC internally has experienced – can you share the lessons learned, and how those lessons are translating into the message to prospective VCE clients? To me the org changes are the most critical aspect of the journey – they are difficult and don’t happen overnight… I realize there is not a uniform approach or an answer here – but from a high level if you had a chance to do this again what would you do differently with respect to org strategy approach?
